 Position Description

RelayHealth Financial is a fast-paced, dynamic business unit with an entrepreneurial spirit and a reputation as an innovator.  As a Lead Generation Manager, you will develop a working understanding of the various solutions offered by RelayHealth, their value propositions and the pain points they satisfy for customers and prospects.  You will use this knowledge to pre-qualify and qualify sales leads generated by corporate sponsored marketing campaign and general brand awareness efforts.  
 
Apply your experience and sales and marketing principles in qualifying leads for entry into the marketing or sales funnel. 
Develop the appropriate knowledge of RelayHealth products to be able to assess an opportunity, ask appropriate qualifying questions and clearly communicate each solution’s high level benefits.  Coupled with detailed knowledge of sales team organization, you will qualify and determine the appropriate follow-up.   
Data entry of leads in Marketo or Salesforce.com as required for appropriate follow up through automated nurturing or direct sales contact.  
Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on leads that reach a pre-determined scoring level in the lead nurturing system.  
Use in-house Marketing Management Technology (i.e. Marketo) to develop and maintain lead nurturing campaigns for the purpose of accelerating leads through the Marketing funnel.  
Generate reports and analysis as required to help measure effectiveness of the various lead generation programs. This responsibility may include: 
Creating Salesforce.com reports and providing related analysis 
Creating Marketo reports and providing related analysis 
Working with marketing, sales operations and sales teams to ensure programs are tracked and measured properly. 
Creating post-program results reports at pre-determined intervals for distribution and use by sales and marketing executives. 
Prepare training scripts to ensure that Lead Management associates are well versed in handling both verbal and written inquiries from customers and prospects.  Review on a continuous basis as needed to support specific campaigns. 
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to the iCARE principles in order to reinforce a positive RelayHealth brand image. 
 
 Minimum Requirements  
 5+ years experience in marketing 
 Critical Skills  
 Must have 3-5 years experience in a corporate marketing or sales environment 
Must have Healthcare Technology experience 
Must be proficient with salesforce.com basic and reporting capabilities 
Must have excellent verbal and written comunications skills 
Must have solid organizational skills 
 
 Additional Knowledge & Skills  
 Working knowledge of marketing management technology, such as Marketo, for the purposes of developing, executing and measuring lead nurturing programs is highly preferred. 
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel 
Experience in an inbound sales lead generation role is highly preferred 
 
 Education  
 4-year degree in Marketing,  Business or related field or equivalent experience
