The Marketing Team at Genea is looking for a full-time content specialist to join our team! This early-career role will be responsible with creating content for our marketing campaigns and customer base about our products – primarily through blog content, landing pages, help articles, and videos. We’re looking to bring a talented individual with a love for technology and digital communications on board.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Writing marketing content (blog posts, case studies, landing pages)
- Writing how-to articles about our software
- Creating and editing help videos
- Creating and running customer training webinars
- Writing and sending customer newsletters
- Generating internal product and process documentation
- Creating other content as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A degree and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital communications
- Passion for technology and customer service
- Proven writing and editing skills
- Some video creation/editing is a plus
- Team player who can juggle multiple hats
