Position Description
We are looking for an energetic marketing professional who wants to manage the company’s global marketing demand generation needs. The Demand Generation Manager will play a key role in campaign execution working closely with the Director of Demand Generation. You will manage 3rd party vendor relationships, and work closely with marketing operations, global marketing teams, and other key stakeholders internally & externally to execute demand generation programs. This position is great for someone who enjoys demand generation.
This position reports to the Director of Demand Generation, and is located at the Skybox Security headquarters office in San Jose, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute demand gen programs including running webinars, banner ads and content syndication with 3rd party vendors and report results in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Manage end-to-end production of all webinar programs, increasing count and optimizing global webinar reach through all field marketing and channel, using On24 and Marketo.
- Implement email nurture tracks to nurture leads through the funnel, extend tracks to channel nurture programs, in Marketo.
- Make tactical adjustments to campaigns based on results and integrate learning in overall strategy.
- Partner closely with content marketing and graphic design team to ensure proper messaging, engaging visuals, timing, and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of demand generation trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Communicate upcoming demand generation programs and results to marketing and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience doing Demand Generation Marketing in B2B technology
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo (or Eloqua) desired
- Experience with a complex webinar platform desired
- Personable, professional, and friendly
- Very organized and highly detailed; exceptional time management skills
- Previous small company or startup experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
