Los Angeles based Internet Brands, Inc. is currently seeking a ​Marketing Automation Manager​ to work closely with the marketing, sales, customer success and business development teams to build and drive the performance of customer acquisitions and CRM campaigns.

- Design complex Marketo and/or Pardot workflows and execute highly targeted campaigns including emails, landing pages, nurture streams.
- Use lead scoring and nurture streams to drive quality leads to sales and manage the lead flows through Marketo and Salesforce.
- Work with marketing, product management, sales, customer success, and business development to coordinate campaigns and insure effective communication streams to target segments.
- Effectively use UTM codes to track content and channel effectiveness.
- Actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue and deliver regular automated reports and dashboards to monitor marketing key performance indicators, campaign ROI, lead flow and follow-up status.
- Work with designers and developers to create web pages, landing pages and emails and define A/B testing to optimize performance. 
- Translate analytics into clear and actionable recommendations to drive qualified traffic and hone-in on revenue-building activity.
- Maintain and enrich the quality and integrity of the sales and marketing database.

- 5+ years professional hands on experience in marketing operations in a digital business, B2B SAAS experience targeting SMB’s preferred.
- Extensive experience and expertise in Salesforce and Marketo and/or Pardot.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.
- Proven track record of supporting marketing to execute effective campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of data and the ability to analyze to drive impactful actions.
- Results driven with ability to determine and articulate program effectiveness and ROI.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder communications and engagement.
- Sharp eye for detail and proven project management skills – from concept to completion.
- Discipline to hit tight deadlines.
- HTML, CSS, Bootstrap Basic front-end web development experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an eye for quality.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Well organized with attention to detail and ability to follow-through.
- Excellent management and team leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop people.
