I am looking for an email marketing specialist to join our global marketing ops team in San Deigo, we do everything Marketo for the entire company, a large multinational with offices on all continents.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and execute outbound email, nurture, webinar and other programs, including the template designs, calls-to-action, testing across multiple devices and browsers
• Set up campaign workflows and triggers in the marketing automation platform
• Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for various database segments
• Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of the email sends
• Create and collate any necessary reporting
• Other activities as requested by Marketing Automation Manager
Requirements:
• College degree in marketing or other related field
• 2-3 years of experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation
• Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
• Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology, such as Marketo, Pardot or Mailchimp
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
• Salesforce.com experience preferred
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
