As part of the worldwide communications team you will be responsible for email marketing, digital marketing and production and design activities. This position is dynamic and fluid, with the ability to take on large and small scale projects quickly and efficiently.
The Euromonitor Communications team is an international team with centers in London and Chicago and a representative in most of our offices worldwide. The team covers a range of public relations, media relations and event and marketing tasks. The team promotes awareness of the Euromonitor International brand including developing strong relations with the international, national and trade press, gaining representation at trade events and conferences, producing multimedia items such as videocasts and webinars, maintaining a social media presence and creating integrated marketing campaigns.
Reporting to: Head of Global Communications, Chicago
Main Tasks: The Communications Executive will be responsible for a range of marketing tasks aimed at growing the profile of Euromonitor International and delivering quality leads for Euromonitor’s sales teams worldwide.
Work with Marketing Lead on the on-going development and implementation of Euromonitor’s content marketing, lead funnel and lead nurturing programs
Liaise with sales teams to provide and promote support for communications initiatives and to improve marketing and sales alignment
Ensure continued growth and development of email and digital marketing program within Marketo, our marketing automation platform
Manage the production of email communications worldwide
Write and test email copy and design elements
Maintain email marketing lists and database cleanliness
Work with account management team to send account-based emails and improve client communication
Work with Euromonitor’s social media executive to upload relevant content to the blog for email campaigns
Work with Euromonitor’s PR team to send breaking news alerts
Implement and grow A/B testing program
Use and stay on top of the latest email and digital marketing trends, learning best practices and putting them into action
Develop monthly reporting on email marketing and lead generation results, providing the team with actionable insights to move forward
Create and A/B test landing pages and forms, consistently improving our conversion rate
Develop and maintain all marketing collateral
Design custom advertisements for ad-hoc campaigns
Maintain current portfolio of marketing collateral, updating documents as needed
Update proposal documents
Assist global communication executives and head of communications with ad hoc projects and planning, helping with Euromonitor branded events, marketing, multimedia, conferences, social media and press activity when needed
Preferred Skills · Basic HTML knowledge · Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator · Experience working in marketing automation software platforms · Marketo or other relevant marketing automation experience · Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines · Superior attention to detail and professional communications skills · Data manipulation, working in MS Excel
