Comfy, by Building Robotics, is looking for a Content Marketer to develop content and copy across all marketing channels. Join a team of enthusiastic Marketers spreading the word about a disruptive product that is modernizing commercial buildings and the workforce. Create compelling and informative content that can be adapted across various mediums for targeted audiences that will spur interest in Comfy. We’re looking for an eager content creator who is looking to take ownership and grow, in a collaborative and fluid environment. This person will report to the Integrated Marketing Manager and work closely with the entire Marketing team. The ideal candidate is quick and clever with words, able to distill big ideas and concepts into a digestible format, holds a strong eye for detail, and enjoys research as much as they enjoy a well-designed layout.     • Write copy and create content (white papers, product collateral, case studies, video)  in support of Marketing activity across ALL channels (blog, email, ads, website, etc.)
    • Work with Marketing team to understand audience, goal, and motivation behind all content, as well as capabilities/limitations of third-party platforms for marketing channels (i.e. social media platforms, advertising channels, web CMS)
    • Research and write about trends in the commercial building, productivity, and SaaS spaces- Maintain fun and intelligent voice of The Comfy Team, and optimize content and tone, based on measured lead generation and brand awareness results for each marketing campaign, buyer segment, and channel
    • Create narrative, tone, and content for distinct buyer groups, and work closely with Integrated Marketing Manager to create storylines for each buyer on all marketing channels (website, nurture email, etc)
    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Design, and Business Development to grow understanding of buyer, generate forward thinking content, and provide strong Marketing support


    • 2-3 years of Marketing content creation/copy writing experience
    • Experience in B2B SaaS OR commercial building space
    • Experience working with marketing, sales, business, engineering and design teams to gather inputs and create content
    • Strong eye for detail
    • Experience developing short and long form content for digital and print channels (blog, website, collateral, email, ads, etc)
    • Bonus: Proficiency managing content in web CMS
    • Bonus: Familiarity with B2B direct email campaigns and/or automated email programs like Marketo
