To build, execute and optimise high quality marketing automation programs in Marketo that deliver key business outcomes (revenue growth, customer retention, NPS) across a range of channel including email, text, push, social and telesales. This is an exciting, fast paced role with a large data base of engaged customers, where you will have a big part to play in defining and building out these 1:1 cross channel communications.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
• 3+ years of knowledge and experience of customer driven marketing techniques and processes
• Proven experience with campaign management tools (eg Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe)
• Understanding of data-driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics and lead management / nurturing programs beneficial
