Position: Marketing Programs Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Programs Supervisor will analyze impact of marketing automation campaigns and provide feedback to management allowing for optimization of strategy, decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. The Marketing Programs Supervisor will also assist Marketing Operations Manager carry through marketing automation campaigns for venues enterprise wide.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assist Marketing Operations Manager with daily email marketing campaigns including but not limited to: copywriting, proofreading emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling, quality assurance, testing various platforms like web and mobile, testing links, tracking, analysis, reporting, asset gathering, and ensuring delivery against necessary timelines.
- Assist Marketing Operations Manager with project managing all aspects of email development utilizing project management tools – JIRA.
- Keeps track of global email marketing calendar for a minimum of 45 venues plus corporate communications.
- Assists Marketing Operations Manager with data integrity procedures of company email lists and is compliant with all legal standards both nationally and internationally.
- Attends venue-based marketing meetings when Marketing Operations Manager is not available to do so.
- Familiarity with best practices surrounding UTM tracking
WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office, Mac OSX
- Analytical expertise - excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Understanding of analytic tools such as, Google Analytics, Marketo Reporting, Salesforce Reporting

- Must have strong problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the general public.
