This marketing role will work with INXPO clients who run online events, webcasts, and communication programs for their customers and prospects, employees, partners and channels. You'll strategize with clients to understand their communication and marketing program goals, challenges, and critical success factors so that together we can execute programs that hit the mark for the audience and drive incremental attendance. You'll be part of a team of other subject matter and technology experts that ensure our clients are getting a positive ROI using INXPO's video communication solutions for marketing, learning, and communications, including Webcasting, Online Events, and Business TV.

In addition, INXPO will be a "client". You will develop and manage programs that acquire audience for marketing lead generation programs and build an opt-in database for company communications. The role will be responsible for targets that contribute to INXPO marketing goals for awareness, web visits, opt-ins or forms/registrations, and marketing qualified leads provided to sales. Your expertise will define approach and tactics utilizing a dedicated program budget. Tactics, technologies, and channels at your disposal include Marketo and, WordPress blog and mobile responsive web site, email, social media, search, digital advertising, as well as various partner communities and media.This position reports to the Cheif Marketing Officer.


  • Consult with clients to develop effective programs that help drive audience acquisition
  • Help clients ensure that they are providing the right content to the right audience at the right time to ensure ongoing audience participation and growth
  • Develop processes and coach clients in best practices for optimization of digital marketing tactics through testing, evaluation and adjustment
  • Provide analysis and insight of programs and audience engagement results to assess performance and improve ROI
  • Oversee and manage allocation of budget and resources to deliver against goals and digital priorities
  • Leverage internal and 3rd party data to develop, execute, and oversee cost-effective marketing strategies that raise awareness, grow traffic and increase participation in company marketing programs
  • Collaborate for the ongoing development, hygiene, and utilization of the CRM and marketing automation database
  • Provide input and content for the company's overall digital marketing programs (SEM/SEO, social media, digital advertising, etc)


  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with considerable experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to meld information from different sources to gain a better understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of best practices to grow audience and engagement on social platforms
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools and MS Office
  • Hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (PPC, search, display, social)
  • Experience optimizing, growing and managing email programs
  • Strong collaboration and program/project management skills
