Marketing Operations Specialist (Contractor P/T)Aerohive Networks is looking to hire a part-time (25/hrs per week) Marketing Operations Specialist who is excited and passionate about digging into marketing analytics, determining campaign ROI and helping to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads. The Marketing Operations Specialist will be a central onsite resource that will be the Aerohive team’s power user and subject matter expert on Marketo. This involves working cross-functionally and collaboratively to support Marketing campaigns that drive revenue and generate leads.
Responsibilities:

Provides technical leadership in the use of Marketo within the company; becomes a “power user” and the go to person for the marketing team

Develops and implements strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of existing marketing database (Marketo): process, standards, access control, documentation, and integration, etc.

Ensures accurate synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce.com database

Works with Sales Operations Manager to ensure Salesforce.com meets the needs of the Marketing Dept. as well as the Sales Dept.

Defines business analytics and creates dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of our business: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, overall business performance

Work with Online Marketing team to build, manage and optimize nurturing programs that hit different points in the lead lifecycle

Assist Online Marketing team in building and optimizing marketing campaigns, form processing and market segmentation

Create templates and emails for use through Marketo Sales Insight by the Sales team

Create standard operating procedures for Marketo.

Train marketing team members on Marketo procedures, metrics and processes

Train sales team members on Marketo Sales Insight as well as assist them with Lead and Campaign Views in Salesforce

Work with team members and use Marketo to track ROI and success metrics for every campaign

Review current marketing processes and campaign objectives in order to determine whether or not they can be automated.
Desired Skills & Experience-
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

Minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience

Advanced user of Marketo

Advanced user of Salesforce.com

Knowledge of emerging cloud-based data quality and data enhancement tools a plus

Highly advanced Excel skills, strong problem-solving and technical aptitude, and a passion for using data and insights to drive future decisions

Experience with creating and developing demand generation programs that can be tracked and measured

Ability to work closely with a sales organization but with a marketing hat on

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
