Wildcard redirects

Wildcard redirects

Use case:

We have redirect rules set up for some of our landing pages. Most of our pages can be accessed with our without the .html suffix. For example, "info.shipwire.com/hongkong" and "info.shipwire.com/hongkong.html" should return the same page.

However, Marketo's redirect rules don't redirect "info.shipwire.com/hongkong.html" even if a rule has been set up for "info.shipwire.com/hongkong".

It would be useful to give users the option to use a wildcard, or "contains" option when choosing redirects.

If that's too dangerous, at least have a "include all suffixes" option.

Thanks for the update, product team. I just wanted to add that a general support of wildcards would be a great addition to the MKTO platform.

"Contains" is great, but unscalable when you need to add multiple "Contains" criteria for each string.
