When you add an image to a support case

Not a biggie but it would be nice when you attach an image to a support case, to have a comment field so you can add more details on the image and how it relates to your support case. Something that I am able to do when I use Bugzilla or JIRA. 

And I could have sworn that under ideas, when you select Categories, you can select support.  But it's not in there anymore.  Or is that available under discussions?

That's a great idea.  We are working on enhancing the ability to add attachments to the initial case create screen and will incorporate your idea into the development.
