it'd really help if it would be possible to create custom fields through the API when not using Salesforce or any other synced CRM. It's a very tedious manual process when dealing wiht hundreds of fields.
+1 here. Is it on the roadmap yet? This could also help with program import process where missing fields are blocking the process and throwing errors. @Marketo Is this on the roadmap for REST API?
It's not yet on the roadmap, but is something we're considering. Can you give me more details around why this would be useful, and how many/what type of custom fields you want to manage via API?
As mentioned in my reply to Anthony, it is not yet on the roadmap but being considered. Any other use cases on why this would be helpful to you would be appreciated also.
