Serverside Marketo cookie generation

I would like to be able to generate a marketo cookie on the serverside and pass it as page data before the page gets rendered to the visitor that rather wait for the client's browser to run the munchkin code and submit the data to the marketo munchkin server.

Use case: populating the marketo munchkin cookie on to a hidden field of a form that

1. is not within the domain of the website
2. use with a non-marketo form

Just so I follow, this really only enables something new with #1 (different domain) right? For a non-Marketo form within the primary domain this can be handled with Javascript I think.

I believe that another use case would be where a non-cookied lead is sent an email with a direct link to a resource (e.g. PDF) that is stored in Marketo.  In order for a tagging campaign to work, the link needs to go to a landing page or a page with munchkin.

Just a though but could this be accomplished by Node.js?  I don't have expirience with that server platform but it might be a solution to this issue.
