Not having this functionality is a critical flaw in MSI and needs to be addressed ASAP. A person account is no less important to communicate with than a contact in SFDC and this is a must for any business that is both B2B and B2C. How do we get this fixed?
Adding to this (old) thread on getting MSI for Person Accounts on par with MSI - SFDC Contact functionality. Our team is using MSI for leads and the experience there is great, however, as soon as the lead gets converted we are losing functionality. So far, we have identified the missing bits by hit and miss:
- Stars and flames do not display correctly
- Interesting Moments, scoring activities are lost (not displayed in MSI) after lead conversion
-View in Marketo action is not available for Person Accounts
It would also be helpful to have some documentation to advise customers on missing functionality if they decide to go with an SFDC Person Account setup.
