It would be great if we could create rules where there are exceptions to the normal system rules when synching to Sales Insight.
I can create exceptions for scoring, interesting moments but the key problem I have is actually the emails themselves synching.
We have an alert process for our clients which can generate up to 30-40 emails a day, as they are clients this can not be done via an alert email send it has to be done via the send email function. We populate the tokens each time with different information each and every time.
My issue is, I need to stop these particular emails showing up in MSI.
There is absolutely no benefit to our users having these emails in MSI, we have that information stored elsewhere.
It would great If we could have a filter example -
Exclude from Sales Insight IF email CONTAINS Client Alert
We were eventually going to look at Marketo for Survey as well, I don't think that is an option if it's going to clog the MSI feed either. We really need to only see our National Marketing and Sales emails in MSI only.
