Ability to define additional local tokens at the program sub-folder level.
Use Case: Customize emails for different segments, users or regions within the same program.
Unlike Snippets, which rely on Segmentations, this solution would allow for additional customization within a program. Many times it does not make sense to build a segmentation for a one-off campaign.
