Pass updates of formula field values to Marketo without systemmodstamp update

To pass a value in a formula field from SFDC to Marketo requires manually updating a boolean field in SFDC to trigger an update to the systemmodstamp.

Would be great if Marketo could read the values in formula fields and pass any updates through without having to look for an update to the systemmodstamp

Agreed. We've been trying to figure out why SFDC contacts/leads don't end up in Marketo. After a long conversation with support, we learned about movement with the SystemModStamp and would like Marketo to be smart enough to see leads that were created but don't have "movement" from a SystemModStamp perspective. Our idea (from a SFDC side) was that moving a lead/contact into a campaign triggers "movement" and thus updates SystemModStamp.
