I have requests for OFT files all the time. It would be nice if that was a download option like downloading html. Otherwise its a little bit more of a painful process.
That would be awesome--I get those type of requests all the time, and unfortunately because we don't have Sales Insight, I don't have an easy solution. Just pasting HTML into Outlook is not a good option because the formatting breaks when the email sends.
I know if you do have Sales Insight, you can download the Marketo-Outlook integration app which allows reps to access Marketo email templates that you specify very easily their mailbox. I ran out of budget for that one, though. 😞
You can't vote on an idea that has been marked "Already have it". But in this case, I don't think Marketo has this capability. I think the product team assumed we all had Sales Insight when this was marked as such. Even so, while Sales Insight provides a very integrated way of providing Sales the ability to send trackable Marketo emails, I don't even think Sales Insight offers a way to save emails as standalone .oft files.
