Max amount of times constraint

I always thought it would be a good idea to have a "max amount of times" constraint similar to how we have "min amount of times" constraint.

Example: "Clicks link in email" filter or trigger, you can say clicks at minimum x amount of times, but I think it would be helpful if we had a max filter as well so when people get click happy, it would max out and prevent people from being scored if they click 100 times.
