Make Period Cost default when creating a program

Make Period Cost default when creating a program

Since the period cost is required to be filled out when running the revenue explorer, that field should always be included in the set up. Default could be the month when program is created and default amount is $0. That way when we run reports where that field is a requirement, it's always there.

So simple...and great idea. Can't tell you how many Programs I've seen have costs missing.

It would be awesome to sync the Marketo period costs to the SFDC campaign too or vice versa!
