For personalized URLs (PURLs), we would like to be able to edit the Marketo Unique Name field. Through an incorrect merging of 2 SFDC records, one of our users has the wrong Marketo Unique Name (someone else's), and when doing a mailing, her PURL/personalized URL is incorrect. Since that person has unique keys in our database, I cannot create a new lead record and merge it with the old one, which is the only solution at the moment.
