It would be very helpfull to see program membership with status on the lead level (excluding for operational programs perhaps). I'd suggest to create a special tab at the top.
We could use the same approach for smart campaign membership or rceived emails, as I can imagine there would be use cases for this too. Especially as it's kind of a pain to use the activity log to find everything.
P.s. It would be great to see some aggregated numbers in the overview too (e.g. member of 23 programs or received X emails per period).
