Form Submission Reporting

I can't believe there is no way to report on the values submitted on a form. I know you can run a smart list on people who have submitted a form and specify a current field value that the report mapped to, but what if you want to see a value submitted in a form at the time of the submission?

This information is being stored in Marketo somewhere because you can access it by double clicking on the filled out form activity in an individual's activity history but you can't report on it at the form level. The ability to report and export the values of every field in a given form should be a basic feature.

Hi, this information is usually stored on the activity log of the fill form campaign. In lead management, you can try running a smart list that gives you a list of all leads that filled the form at a specified time and then you can adjust the view to display columns that represents the form fields that was filled. If these fields dont exist in your view, you could check field management and custom field areas of the admin section of to do some playing around to properly map these fields and ensure its reflect on your view. I haven't tried this just yet but I think it could work.

I AGREE 100%!!!!!!!!! More over it is critical to my organization because these form fills are directly translated to revenue.  It would be outstanding to have a way to compare the analytics across forms, channels, partners, etc.  We need this!

This seems insane that this does not exist.  This is easy in all of the other MA platforms that I have used.  the data is also there as evidenced by the ability to dive in one by one through a person history.  Just need to be able to access that information.
