Fix Bug in Lead Report

Every month I send out a a YTD report on the leads we have added to the system that includes the opportunity columns.  This report has a bug in it in that the Opportunity headers have "Not Won" as a column header but it should read "Closed"

As you can see in the last row the percentage totals for Opportunities Won is based on the "Not Won" column.  Every month I have to explain this report and it gets very frustrating. I reported it as a case to Marketo last month and was told that engineering is aware of it but they don't have an estimate of when it will be fixed.  

This is extremely frustrating for something that seems such a simple fix.  Am I missing something here?  Is it more difficult to change a column header than I think?

More importantly how do bugs get prioritized. It would be really awesome if we could see a list of known issues and their priority.

Also, be careful with those columns because they'll double-count an opportunity if more than one lead is a contact on the opportunity. You're probably better off creating an influence report in SFDC and de-duping by opportunity.

Hi Jodi,

Thanks for bringing this up.  It looks like the column header is correct in the report, but not in the email subscription.

I'll be sure to follow up with Eng to get this fixed.

This has been fixed in the May release, which will go out this weekend.
