It would be nice to have the cadence of the engagement program be based on when a lead enters the engagement program instead of on a calendar.
This obviously would be tricky based on technological limitations, but ideally it would be good to know that if you add a lead to an engagement program they'd start getting content right away. This also would benefit the sales team since often they get hit with peaks/bunches of leads instead of having the leads who are ready spread out over time. With large numbers of leads, this can be overwhelming for a sales team.
