Engagement and email programs to automatically update program status

Would be great if the engagement programs and email programs automatically updated program statuses to "engaged". 

The program dashboard can tell how many engaged members there are, however none of them have program status = engaged. 

If the system knows who's engaged, seems odd that we need to manually create create trigger smart campaigns to update member statuses.

"Engaged" is really subjective.  The current engagement score is for a piece of content, it's not a lead score, so we would not use this as a basis to determine they are engaged.
