embed 'view as webpage' into email HTML

Hi, 

I'm re-building our email templates and I want to use my own 'view as webpage' link instead of MKTO's auto generated one found in the email settings. This way, we can embed the link into our email and position/place it where we want.

In this case, there are two benefits for me:
1. I want to position it inline with other links such as 'forward to a friend' and 'unsubscribe'. 
2. MKTO places it at the top-most part of the email so the Outlook "AutoPreview" in peoples inboxes always reads "To view as webpage click..." instead of grabbing a strategically placed summary/CTA of the email which would help opens.

Hey Cam,

We've been using http://yourdomain.com/index.php/email/emailWebview?mkt_tok=##MKT_TOK## and it works ok for us.

We recently added a system token that allows you to place the View Email as Web Page and Unsubscribe anywhere on the email. Here is the article.
