Bring back Clone to Same Program/Different Program

I clone lots of emails within a program and the Cobalt interface doesn't have the Clone to Same program choice.

Can I triple like this one? If you have emails in folders in a campaign and you clone it you have to re-select the campaign and now all of my users are leaving random emails all over the place because it is easier to clone outside of a folder. I don't like a messy Marketo.

Our intention is to not regress any functionality when we upgrade the modals but sometimes it happens. I'll look into this issue.
