Whenever we send out a large email blast, we receive hundreds of auto-response emails that include no longer with company and out of office notifications. When we were using Eloqua, they had a bounceback server that would automatically process these, but with Marketo, we have to manually search the auto-response emails for key phrases to identify those indicating that a lead is no longer with their company and then manually update their contact records accordingly. It would be great if Marketo could help automate this.
Some of these bouncback messages indicate the person or persons that are taking over duties for the departed employee and these are beneficial, so we would want Marketo to identify these, so we could manually create a new lead record for them when appropriate.
