'Add Choice' for Wait Flow Action

For all flow actions you can click 'Add Choice' to change behavior based on criteria you choose, except for the Wait Flow Action. It would be great to have this option, because it makes it easier to vary the wait duration based on lead activity or other criteria.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes!

Within Marketo, it's horrendously complicated to send using different time zones, which means we are sacrificing open rates with every send. I've A/B tested it in the past, and using the right time zone, even in North America, results in about a 1% unique open rate lift for us.

I assume the reason it hasn't been done yet is because it changes the smart campaign functionality from being "do everyone, one after the other - and don't move onto the next step until everyone is done with the previous" to having different leads at different parts of the flow. This would require a restructure in the way Marketo fundamentally handles campaigns.

But....it would be SUPER useful! Let's keep the likes coming.
