Ability to password protect select smart lists

It would be nice to be able to restrict editing rights for certain smart lists. Competitor lists or running broadcast lists that only a few people should be allowed to made edits to are currently vulnerable to editing by anyone that has access to update smart lists (not taking workspaces/partitions into consideration)... would be nice to have the ability to password protect these or lock them down in some way so that only certain people can edit the smart list criteria.

What a great idea! If not password protected, some sort of flow to lock it down (even just having to check a box to acknowledge that you're about to edit an active smart list - similar to having to acknowledge a large delete list).
