I have tried adding a new campaign folder by selecting new>New Campaign Folder and entering the folder name and the new folder creates, but doesn't appear in the navigation menu on the left. If I create the folder by right clicking marketing activities on the left and selecting new campaign folder from there, it does appear. Is there a setting that is preventing the first method from working?
