Unable to access ideas?

For the past few days anytime I select "How Can We Help" > "My ideas" it takes me to an error page. Is anyone else seeing this??

Hi Janet Dulsky​ - the Ideas section has been inaccessible for a few days now.  Is Marketo aware of this?

Dan Stevens​ and Christina Zuniga​, the issue is a Jive bug that is triggered any time someone votes on an idea more than once. They fixed it manually a couple of days ago, but the issue was triggered again. I have them doing the manual fix as we speak and have entered a P1 ticket for the root cause bug.
