Is anyone having trouble accessing upcoming events on the Marketo Events app? We have 3 events scheduled for this week - they are active and have members, but none are showing up in the app. I've tried logging in with different accounts, but still no luck.
Same for me! I created a test event, confirmed it, added myself (smart list by email), changed program status to invited (flow step), the events is only a couple of days out, I am an admin... nothing shows in the app
I figured my issue out.
In admin, the mobile check-in statutes had not been defined (because we just enabled app access).
Go to admin-> tags -> channels -> under tradeshows, you can double click and then define the statuses. Hope that helps!
