How to I add the Marketo Certified Expert to my profile?

I passed it a couple of months back but haven't been able to find a way to add it to my profile.

Anyone know how I can do this? Or should it be done automatically?

Does anyone know who to contact about the certification at Summit? Just curious - I took the test and the two (very) nice ladies at the desk told me that they would be following up with me the week after but I haven't heard a word. any idea on how to get in touch with them?
