How can I report email metrics by subject line for nurture programs?

The only thing I've seen in the platform for viewing or exporting all email metrics (delivered, opened, etc.) for champion/challenger subject line tests is the email dashboard, which doesn't show all of the basic metrics broken down by subject line. Exporting the dashboard to provides data I can use to calculate what I need but, over many, many emails you can imagine how cumbersome that data format is. I'm hoping there's a better alternative?
