Hi all,
For about 2/3 days, the community has become difficult to use. Most of the scripts do not load/and or execute on the pages. Very often, some functionalities just do not respond and I have reload the page 3/4 times before it works. Search dialog, discussion or idea creation, adding comments, editing profile, etc... all is impacted.
I have tried various accounts and various Mac and Windows browsers, with the same result.
I have cleansed the browsers history and files, same result...

Unless I hear any objections, I am going to move this treat to my archive.... We can start a new one if you are still experiencing issues. Not trying to hide the past. Just focus on the present and future... Also, I created this form for future site issues: Community Website Issues
Just want an easier way to track things. Thank you for all your help! As I mentioned to Dan Stevens this am, we are still testing out a number of things to get the performance up to snuff....

Hi Scott K. Wilder,
FYI, since yesterday, things seem to have come back to normal on my side.
Using Chrome on MacOS.

On Friday, we made some changes which we hope will fix things.. Not all, but most : )
Things are much better now, Scott K. Wilder. Right now, it's just the wide variety of UI issues when using Safari.
Great. Thank you for letting me know.... Keep me posted. We are testing a bunch of stuff still.
Hi Scott K. Wilder,
FYI, things are back to being difficult this morning. It's almost necessary to load each page twice before all the links and actions work.

Firefox/Mac: Here's what happens when I hit reply to a discussion (the main comments window never appears):
On a positive note, I've been having greater success with Firefox on Windows today.
OK. Thanks Dan!
PS : using Chrome on Mac OSX
For about 2 days (resolved itself yesterday) I wasn't even able to get into the community/support! When I would click Community from Marketo it would eventually error out after trying to load for some time.
Also, Scott K. Wilder, I'm not sure if this is a bug, but in Chrome when I click to the next page of questions it stays at the bottom of the list instead of putting me at the top of the list as I would expect. Just a little annoying
Thanks Dory for letting me know. We are working on it.
Hey Scott, back to not being able to access the community from Chrome. Firefox is working, though.
OK. Noted. Thanks!
Hi Scott - I haven't been able to rate/star any articles for probably close to two months in firefox. And generally I find that the profile area can't handle much beyond a click or two before it just stops functioning. This had been happening well before the more recent issues. Good luck with all the fixes - I know you are undoubtedly doing your best to resolve all of these.
What version of Firefox are you using? Have these problem existed for more than a week? We did an upgrade with Jive last Friday and that's when most of the problem's started. I know that Josh had some problems beforehand.
Hi Scott - I've had problems using the community in Firefox pretty much since July. Little things - I've never been able to rate anything except maybe once. It hasn't worked for weeks. My profile has always been slow or unusable since I logged into the new community for the first time. I've used both the latest and the prior version of firefox this past week depending on the computer I was on. I'm on IE now and there are no issues. Chrome wouldn't work very much on Friday but seems okay today.
Thanks for the update.
Mac and Windows: ver 41.0.2. It's not just FF, it's also Chrome. Safari (Mac) is the only browser I can use with the community at this point. The issues started last weekend for me. Up until now, FF was my primary browser, followed by Chrome.
With regards to other issues - like unable to rate specific posts (e.g., Whisperer Blog) - this has been going on for some time. But ironically, I am finally able to do this now.
