The marketing automation specialist will join the corporate Digital Marketing team at the corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. You will collaborate with all members of our global corporate marketing team to develop strategy around marketing campaigns. You will work with multiple teams to assist with lead generation initiatives, SEM, website and landing page creation, contact database maintenance, and a heavy emphasis on campaign performance reporting.  Join a dynamic team of digital marketing, analysts, web designers, web development professionals, graphic designers and user experience professionals in the exciting ever changing semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage all email marketing processes through the use of Marketo, including creation, delivery, and reporting of emails, as well as list building, importation, and segmentation
• Oversee and execute the automated email marketing campaigns and maintain the health of the contact database
• Manage new email strategies to improve overall performance, including creative optimization, AB Split testing, developing automated and triggered campaigns
• Develop effective trigger and drip nurtures that align with overall marketing and sales goals.
• Lead the use of Marketo to proactively assess digital marketing efforts and performance, strategize revisions to processes and tactics as necessary
• Collect, aggregate, and present campaign data regularly to stakeholders, and make suggestions for improvements based on that performance
• Assist with the creation and management of company’s landing pages
