The role of the digital marketing manager is to drive a higher level of digital engagement with target customers and prospects in order to shorten sales cycle and accelerate growth. This position reports directly to the VP Marketing and will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to create a digital strategy combined with demand generation process to align with the buyer’s journey.
Responsibilities
Digital – create a systematic process for syndicating digital content across web, email, social programs
Develop an SEO/SEM strategy to increase top of funnel lead volume
Explore and implement various tactics to increase site traffic and engagement including personalization, retargeting
Demand Generation – own the process of lead flow from inquiry to opportunity, implement the metrics and continuous measurement system to identify flow velocity, bottlenecks, and conversionIdentify ideas and tactics to drive higher top of funnel volumes
Conceptualize and implement account-based marketing campaigns designed to drive higher lead generation
Requirements
2+ years in a marketing operations role in an enterprise/SaaS company
Strong systems experience with CRM such as Hubspot, Marketo and Salesforce
Knowledge of IoT market is a plus
College degree with major in engineering or business
