We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager with strong marketing, analytical, and communication skills to join our small team. The Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President, Marketing and will assist in the planning and execution of all marketing activities. This person will work closely with the product and sales leaders to develop, manage and execute marketing programs to create demand generation and support our customers. Beyond experience, the right personal style and attitude are critical to success in this role.
 
Responsibilities:

• Marketo Admin - Develop programs for lead nurturing, lead scoring, sales enablement using Marketo marketing automation software. Activities may include writing and editing content; building program and campaign logic; list development; internal communications, reporting and analytics.
• Salesforce Admin/Sales Operations – maintain data hygiene; create reports and dashboards; add/delete users; manage App Exchange applications. Support sales team with requests for assistance.
• Assist with event planning and coordination of logistics, as well as pre- and post-event marketing. Events may include hackathons, Meetups, trade shows, webinars and conferences.
• Update website content using WordPress.
• Monitor news and use Hootsuite to post content to social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with Adwords and SEO activities; monitor Google Analytics; work with our external advertising agency.
• Maintain marketing collateral, digital images and promotional inventory.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• 4+ years marketing experience.
• Salesforce administrative experience required.
• Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform required.
• WordPress or similar CMS application experience.
• Google Analytics and AdWords experience desired.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Ability to create presentable deliverables using these tools.
• Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
