Email Template Developer Needed

Hi everyone,

We're in need of an email template developer for our Marketo emails as the vendor we used previously isn't offering this service anymore. We have an in-house designer so would only need the develpment work done. We need 1 template coded ASAP and then will need several others in the near future. The templates would need to be responsive among other requirements. Ideally it would be a company that focuses on this type of work and not a freelancer. 

Can anyone recommend a good vendor for this?
