We are  seeking a highly organized and entrepreneurial Certification Program Manager to oversee the continuation of  our our robust but nascent user certification programs, eventually covering all Marketo products. The person in this role is responsible for all aspects of the success of the program.  

 

The successful candidate will have solid mix of technology and business experience, as well as previous experience launching successful, defensible certification programs nationally and internationally.  The certification program serves as both a revenue generator and as a service to validate levels of product knowledge and capabilities across the product suite and audiences: customers, partners, internal employees. Required are excellent technical knowledge, organizational and communication skills, experience creating and marketing certification programs and valuable certification benefits, with a passion for delivering valid meaningful certification growth paths.
