Hi! We are trying to add a new Marketo user, but the new user is not receiving the activation email. He has checked his spam folder and it's not there either. We have tried sending it multiple times. Is there a way around this to get him activated?

You may have made a mistake on the email address. The hard point is that you will not be able to edit it. You will have to delete it and recreate it.

I've deleted and re-added several times. The email address has been confirmed as correct. He's just not receiving the activation email. No one else has any trouble receiving this type of email from Marketo. It's very perplexing.
