How do I import a CSS file so that a landing page renders it?

I have a Marketo landing page where the CSS for it is currently living on an outside consultant's server. I want to move the CSS into Marketo. What is the best way to import the CSS into Marketo? Do I create a template with the CSS in it and then reference that link in my landing page? Is there a tutorial for this that someone can point me to? Thanks.

upload it to design studio, then modify the reference to the URL.
