Suddenly all the Webex accounts, which were integrated with my account have stopped working. While creating an event, I get this error: "Error getting Events listing - Webex API call error; Session ticket is required [Webex exception ID = '030083']" "
When I try to update the credentials for Webex in Admin>Launchpoint, it gives me this error: " Session ticket is required".
This may be due to account issues with your webex account. Sometimes this is encountered with trial accounts that are lapsed and then converted.
Have you recently changed the passwords on your accounts? I'd check all the passwords and also as Kenny mentioned, confirm your webex account it all put date etc.
Rachit, this might have been due to API changes done by Webex. Try to update all the access information again or reset credentials and update them.
Hi Rachit - did you ever figure out what was going on? I'm getting the same error now.
I think it might be something to do with our SSO. Thoughts?
