I am currently developing a system to create tasks whenever someone, already in Salesforce, clicks a link in an email that isn't an unsubscribe. Have the Owner set as "Assign to Lead Owner" but we have a certain group of Contact Owners who will need the tasks assigned to someone else.
I am hoping to accomplish this using a Workflow Rule in Salesforce but I can only build the criteria on Current User (the user who triggers the workflow) and I am not sure if that will be the user we've set up to manage the sync between Salesforce and Marketo or if it will be the Lead/Contact owner.
Any insight would be appreciated.
