We had this issues as well, and through a lot of trial and error, figured out that certain characters were not allowed in any of the columns. Specifically, "&" was tripping up our import.

You may also want to confirm that the images hosted on the page are HTTPS as well. Even if you moved to SSL, you would have to update images one by one to HTTPS.

Great post - thank you! One question: what does your daily batch that checks the date of the opt-in look like? Are you doing that in Marketo? I can't seem to set "before 6 months ago" on a date field in Marketo.
Jeff, Will doing this at the template level then allow marketer to create responsive LPs using the editor, or does this need to be done for each individual LP? Awesome writeup!
