Where does one add "skills" to their profile?

I have a complete and comprehensive profile here.  Yet, for some reason, I'm being asked to "Add at least 2 skills to your profile".  I don't even see a "skills" section in my profile - just "expertise" (which I've already completed).  How do I complete this task below?

• Click on the Avatar (little graphic in the header)
• Click on View Profile
• See option on Right Hand side of Page

This is probably because this thread is old, but if anyone is stuck on this, it's now located at the bottom left of your profile.
